Skillshare subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via Account Settings > Membership & Payments on the website, or through the Apple App Store / Google Play for app subscribers; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no proration. Refunds are not offered on membership renewals; the only refund window is within 48 hours of being charged after a 7-day free trial. Payments made after a 14-day or longer free trial are not refundable. Monthly website subscribers can pause their membership for up to 3 months; annual and app-store subscribers cannot pause.

  • Account/data deletion: Account deletion is handled through Skillshare's Privacy Request Center, where users must submit a Deletion Request (and optionally a separate Access Request to download data first); deletion is permanent and irreversible.
