Shopify merchants can cancel online via Settings > Plan > Cancel plan in the Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Shopify Plus merchants must contact a Merchant Success Specialist to cancel. Subscription plan charges are strictly non-refundable with no credits for unused time. A 'Pause and Build' reduced-cost plan is available as an alternative to full deactivation for non-Plus stores.
